The film revolves around the lives of three brothers who are very close to each other. The eldest brother, Rajat (Prosenjit Chatterjee), is a successful lawyer who is married to Nandini (Rachana Banerjee), a doctor. The second brother, Raja (Abhishek Chatterjee), is a college student who falls in love with Priya (Anu Chowdhury), a dancer. The youngest brother, Rahul (Tapas Paul), is a school teacher who is engaged to Rina (Laboni Sarkar), a journalist.

Their happy family life is shattered when Rajat takes up a case against a powerful politician, Pratap Singh (Rajesh Sharma), who is accused of raping and murdering a young girl. Pratap Singh vows to take revenge on Rajat and his family. He hires goons to attack Rajat's house and kidnap Nandini. Rajat manages to rescue Nandini, but she suffers a miscarriage and becomes infertile.

Meanwhile, Raja and Priya elope and get married, as Priya's father (Biplab Chatterjee) does not approve of their relationship. Pratap Singh also targets them and tries to kill them in a bomb blast. Raja and Priya survive, but Priya loses her eyesight.

Rahul and Rina also face trouble when Pratap Singh exposes Rina's past as a prostitute and blackmails her to testify against Rajat in court. Rahul stands by Rina and marries her, despite the opposition from his family and society.

The three brothers decide to fight back against Pratap Singh and his cronies. They join forces with an honest police officer, Inspector Roy (Rajatava Dutta), and gather evidence against Pratap Singh. They also expose his involvement in various illegal activities, such as drug trafficking, arms smuggling, and human trafficking.

In the climax, the three brothers confront Pratap Singh in his farmhouse and engage in a fierce battle with him and his men. They manage to kill Pratap Singh and his henchmen, but also suffer serious injuries. The film ends with the three brothers being taken to the hospital by their wives, while Inspector Roy salutes them for their bravery and justice.
