This is not intended for use in a bath due to the menthol in the product. Place in the bottom of the shower out of direct water streams. As it comes in contact with the water it will slowly release the menthol & oils. It's the perfect way to relax and help to breathe deeper.
It is intended for 1x use, some people get 2 uses per steamer depending on length & placement in the shower.
