Eggs are collected daily & inspected for any cracks before being put in cartons & ready for pick-up.
Eggs are only lightly wiped when there is dirt or other debri on them. We find it best when they are handled minimally and not fully washed until ready to use at your convenience. This ensures the natural protective membrane stays intact and the eggs can last 10 days on the counter and another 3wks in the refrigerator before they need to be used.
