Is FBCS blowing up your phone too? What’s the best way to make it stop?

So this has been going on for a few weeks now — I keep getting phone calls from a company called FBCS (Financial Business and Consumer Solutions). At first, I had no idea who they were, so I let the calls go to voicemail. But then the messages started mentioning some kind of debt they say I owe. The thing is, I don’t even know if this debt is real, and they’re calling way more than what seems normal.

It’s not just the calls either. I got a letter that looked kind of shady and honestly just added more confusion. I’ve been reading up on debt collection laws because this really feels like harassment, and I want to make sure I’m not being scammed or tricked into paying something I don’t owe.

I found this article about stopping FBCS debt collection harassment that explains some options, but I’d really like to hear from anyone who’s actually dealt with these people. Did you send a letter? Get a lawyer involved? Block the calls? I’m open to any advice or stories — just trying to figure out the best next move before this gets worse.

Appreciate any help you can share.
