How Was Your Experience at the Muscat Office?
I visited the Air India Express Muscat Office in Oman a few days ago and wanted to hear how others feel about it. Personally, I went in expecting a long wait and confusing instructions, but it turned out to be pretty straightforward. The staff were polite, and they managed to sort out my baggage allowance issue without any unnecessary steps. I still had to wait about 25 minutes before being seen, but that felt reasonable considering how busy it looked.
One thing I did notice though parking in that area is not the easiest, especially if you arrive during peak hours. It took me a few extra minutes to find a spot. Other than that, the whole experience was pretty positive.
