Which rideshare company is best for drivers in Australia?

I have been working as a driver in Melbourne for several years and often see the same problem: passengers place orders for 4–5 people but do not specify the exact number of passengers or luggage, which sometimes causes the system to assign a car that is too small. Consequently, I must cancel or change cars at the last minute, which is inconvenient for everyone. I am therefore interested in finding out which rideshare is best for drivers Australia so that the algorithms can better select cars and provide more stable orders. For example, I read a review on blog GetTransfer that compares services. Maybe some passengers or drivers have used these services and can share which ones have the least confusion regarding car types. I liked the description of the Ola app. Has anyone used it?

As a passenger, I've noticed that most services provide the right car without substitutions when you specify the number of people and luggage. Ola worked more consistently than the others for us, especially in areas outside the city. I think it really makes drivers' jobs easier.
